Shipping Returns Policy

DELIVERY

Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday (except holidays). Orders made and paid past 15:00 will be processed and sent the following day. The receipt number will be informed 3 × 24 hours after your order has been sent because we need to be prepared from warehouse , quality check and packing before (if the shipment is carried out on Saturday the airwaybill will be reported on the following business day). RETURN POLICY

Goods Exchange Policy can only be done if: The item received does not match the order
1. We will bear all shipping costs if the goods received do not match the order (wrong size, wrong article) due to errors from the RIDE.INC Team.
2. Delivery will be made after we receive the item to be exchanged
3. Make sure the goods are still in the same condition as when they were received (unused, not dirty, there are no wrinkles or creases and include wrapping paper if any). We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of goods if the goods being exchanged do not meet these requirements.
4. Make sure when received on that day there is an unboxing video to provide information if there is an error or product defect


Item With Incompatible Size

1. All postage costs will be borne by the consumer
2. Delivery will be made after we receive the item to be exchanged
3. Make sure the goods are still in the same condition as when they were received (unused, not dirty, there are no wrinkles or creases and include wrapping paper if any). We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of goods if the goods being exchanged do not meet these requirements.

4. Make sure when received on that day there is an unboxing video to provide information if there is an error or product defect

5. Product exchange can be exchanged for 1 size (example 38 to 37), if more than 1 size we cannot accept it
6. Especially for SALE products, you cannot change the size. Before buying, we recommend that you first measure your feet according to the instructions on how to measure the size that we have provided.

How to make an exchange

Confirm the request for the exchange of goods via Whatsapp: +6282233392339, a maximum of 1 × 24 hours after the goods are sent by us. If the confirmation of the exchange request passes the deadline, the goods cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Customers can send items they want to exchange ONLY IF they have received a response from our Customer Service. Customers have a maximum of 2 × 24 hours to send back the items to be exchanged after confirming the exchange of goods with our Customer Service.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy can only be done if:
1. The goods received DO NOT MATCH the ORDER and the goods should be out of stock. We can also make them in advance if the size is not available in our stock.
2. Confirm the request via Whatsapp: +6282233392339 for more details and will be assisted by our Customer Service.

3. We cannot accept a refund if there is no video unboxing of the product complete
