1. What if I have trouble finding my shoe size?

Relax, for problems like this, please consult with our CS on line or whatsapp. will be guided and advised by our CS for good sizes and shoes so as not to choose the wrong size.

2. How is the process of making RIDE.INC shoes

The process of crafting RIDE.INC shoes is 80% handmade or by hand using experienced experts in each section.

3. Is it durable?

Of course it's durable, because we use good material for the upper, and our manufacturing process is of course careful in every detail of the part because we want to make products that are not easily damaged and are durable.

4. What if the shoes are damaged?

If there is damage, don't worry and get confused, we have a warranty with a period of 6 months for the warranty will cover: damage to the sole (the sole looks open and wants to come off) within 6 months for damage to accessories (for example tassel, eyelet, zipper) will be charged.

5. What if there is damage after 6 months of use?

If after 6 months a damage repair fee will be charged. for items that can be repaired are: accessories, outsole, and insole.

6. Are your items ready stock?

7. After payment done. What's next ? 

After you done for payment our team will processing your order. We need time for preparing from our warehouse, Quality check the items first, packing and shipping.
