Kebijakan pengembalian uang
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Terms of return:
- You can get a return in some circumstances:
- The size does not match.
- There is damage during shipping.
- The sent products do not meet your specifications or are personalized.
- We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have two days after receiving your item to request a return.
- For the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The products must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused.
- Tags are available, and the products are in our original packaging.
- You have to prove the invoice of purchase.
- Please send proof of unboxing video products via email or WhatsApp RIDE INC.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

- When we accept your returns, we will send a return shipping label containing an address and to-do list for shipping the items back.
- We do not accept items sent back to us directly without requesting a return.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong products so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please inform us about the damage after receiving right after you receive your order (no later than 5 days after we send updated shipping receipts)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- If we receive damage info over 5 days after the shipment, we cannot exchange/refund.
- We cannot be held responsible for the damage report after 5 days.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
