Terms and Conditions



You can order the products we during still available. If there is a product that is desired that is not available then you can do the Pre order process in the section marked Pre order. You must confirm payment to make sure the product in your Shopping Bag has been purchased. Items that have been entered in your Shopping Bag cannot be changed (added or reduced) after you have done the checkout process. Please re-confirm the items purchased before the checkout process.



Prices on the RIDE.INC website are listed in IDR units (Indonesian Rupiah). Prices can change at any time without prior notice if certain conditions occur at RIDE. INC.



We have tried our best to provide colors with the right accuracy. But with a different display monitor, the color of the shoe might look different from the original. If it is not clear, you might be able to chat with our customer service on WhatsApp to help you choose colors.



Your order will be processed immediately after we successfully confirm your payment. We reserve the right not to process your order if we cannot confirm the payment you make related to several reasons, for example:
1. You do not make payment confirmation on the "PAYMENT CONFIRMATION" tab via RIDE.INC Website
2. Payments whose amount does not match the total order.



You can make payments via Bank Transfer with a few options:
Apart from using Bank Transfer, you can also do it in other ways, including the following options:
1. Visa
2. Master Card
3. Xendit
You must confirm payment to validate your purchase. Payment must be made within 1 × 24 hours after the order. We will automatically send invoices with order details via email. If you cannot transfer & confirm within that time, the order will automatically expire. You can order again, but you cannot ensure the availability of goods. Confirmation (only bank transfer payments) must be made after you pay, and can be done on the 'CONFIRM PAYMENT' link. Be sure to save the order number that has been given. You do not need to confirm the payment if paying via Credit Card.



Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday (except holidays). Orders made and paid past 15:00 will be processed and sent the following day. The receipt number will be informed 3 × 24 hours after your order has been sent because we need to be prepared from warehouse , quality check and packing before (if the shipment is carried out on Saturday the airwaybill will be reported on the following business day).
